We have kept the buying process as simple as possible so that your whole experience with O2 is a pleasure. Once contracts have been signed and the deposit has been paid, construction will begin. Regular updates of progress including photographs and video will be sent to you during construction so that you are fully up to date with the progress of your new home.
The price for the lot and initial design and luxury options will be paid by the buyer in stage payments as set out in the contract. Upon entering into the contract with the seller the Buyer will pay 10% deposit based on the the total price of the project.
The deposit is deducted from the total project price to create the original remaining balance. The SECOND PAYMENT will be equal to one third of this balance and will be paid upon the seller giving the buyer 14 days notice in writing that the payment is due.
The THIRD PAYMENT will be for the the second third of the original balance and will be paid upon the seller giving the buyer 14 days notice in writing that the payment is due.
The FINAL PAYMENT will be for the final third of the original balance plus any item not yet paid for (if applicable) and will be paid upon the seller giving the buyer 14 days notice in writing that the payment is due. Once the property is passed as fit for habitation and the FINAL PAYMENT has been made, the keys will be handed over.
